We are offering you a new and easy way to voice your concerns while helping us strengthen enviromental and social sustainability and performance. Accountability and transparency matter, and we want to hear from local communities and stakeholders.

- Any concerns or grievances regarding social and environmental impact involving a company funded by Marco or a financing product provided by Marco.
- Feedback on how to better serve you, ideas on how to improve our process and customer service. All insights have value. With your comments you are helping us do better.
